Jesus Heals a Great Multitude

Matthew 4
23 And Jesus went about all Galilee,
teaching in their synagogues,
preaching the gospel of the kingdom,
and healing all kinds of sickness
and all kinds of disease among the people.
24 Then His fame went throughout all Syria;
and they brought to Him all sick people
who were afflicted
with various diseases and torments,
and those who were demon-possessed, epileptics,
and paralytics; and He healed them.
25 Great multitudes followed Him—from Galilee,
and from Decapolis, Jerusalem, Judea,
and beyond the Jordan.

Tell Me the Story of Jesus

Midi File

Luke 2:14

1. Tell me the story of Jesus,
Write on my heart every word;
Tell me the story most precious,
Sweetest that ever was heard.

Tell how the angels in chorus,
Sang as they welcomed His birth,

“Glory to God in the highest!
Peace and good tidings to earth.”

Refrain

Tell me the story of Jesus,
Write on my heart every word;
Tell me the story most precious,
Sweetest that ever was heard.

Matthew 4:1-11; Mark 1:12,13;
Luke 4:1-13

2. Fasting alone in the desert,
Tell of the days that are past,
How for our sins He was tempted,
Yet was triumphant at last.

Tell of the years of His labor,
Tell of the sorrow He bore;
He was despised and afflicted,
Homeless, rejected and poor.

Jesus paid the price of our sins

Matthew 28:1-10; Mark 16:1-8;
Luke 24:1-12; John 20:1-10

3. Tell of the cross
where they nailed Him,
Writhing in anguish and pain;
Tell of the grave where they laid Him,
Tell how He liveth again.
Love in that story so tender,
Clearer than ever I see;
Stay, let me weep while you whisper,

“Love paid the ransom for me.”

1. Dime la historia de Cristo;
grabala en mi corazon;
Dime la historia preciosa,
cuan melodioso es su son!
Di como cuando nacia,
angeles con dulce voz
" Paz en la tierra", cantaron,
" y en las alturas gloria a Dios".

Refrain

Dime la historia de Cristo;
grabala en mi corazon;
Dime la historia preciosa,
cuan melodioso es su son!

2. Dime del tiempo en que a solas
en el desierto se hall;
De Satanas fue tentado,
mas con poder le vencio.
Dime de todas sus obras,
de su tristeza y dolor.
Pues sin hogar, despreciado
anduvo nuestro Salvador.

3. Di cuando crucificado
El por nosotros murio.
Di del sepulcro sellado;
di como resucito.
En esa historia tan tierna
miro las pruebas de amor;
Mi redencion ha comprado
el bondadoso Salvador.

Conta-Me a História de Cristo

1. Conta-me a história de Cristo,
Grava-a em meu coração.
Conta-me a história preciosa,
Conta-me com emoção.
Conta-me como Seus anjos
Deram-Lhe honra ao nascer:
"Glória ao Senhor, paz na Terra",
Ao Céu fizeram ascender.

Refrão

Conta-me a história de Cristo;
Grava-a em meu coração.
Conta-me a história preciosa;
Pois Ele dá salvação!

2. Conta-me a história de Cristo,
Quando na Cruz expirou.
Conta-me como O choraram,
E como ressuscitou.
Nessa história tão terna,
Vejo o Seu grande amor.
Quero p’ra sempre servi-Lo;
É meu Senhor e Salvador.

3. Essa história bendita,
Deves contar com amor,
Ao mundo todo falando,
De Seu poder salvador.
Hoje no Céu intercede,
Esse fiel Redentor;
Vida eterna concede,
Aos que aceitam Seu favor.
